Litigation and arbitration
Litigation, from the first exhibit to the hearing
Cases are often won on deadlines kept, exhibits found and facts established. Ulpian brings submissions, exhibits, chronology and deadlines together in the matter, and the AI prepares the first read of the documents, citing every passage.
What you will see in Ulpian
Fictitious matter, sample data.
Facts with their source
Each fact is attached to the document it comes from. Click a fact to read the source passage; contradictions are flagged.

A deadline found, then confirmed
The letter arrives, Ulpian proposes the due date under the recorded rule, and the lawyer confirms it. Drag the date of the letter.
Indicative calculation: every legal deadline is confirmed by the lawyer before it enters the calendar.
What weighs on the work today
- 01
Deadlines in several places
Procedural deadlines live in a calendar, a spreadsheet and the partner's memory. A missed deadline exposes the firm to liability.
- 02
The same documents read again and again
Each associate rereads the same documents to find a fact, a date or a contradiction.
- 03
Exhibit lists assembled by hand
Numbering, index and hearing bundle are rebuilt for every submission, often the evening before filing.
A matter, from first contact to invoice
- Step 0101
The mandate arrives, the conflict check covers every party, and the partner approves opening the matter.
- Step 0202
Filed documents are classified and dated; the facts they contain join the chronology with their source.
- Step 0303
The AI proposes deadlines found in incoming mail; the lawyer confirms them before they enter the calendar.
- Step 0404
Submissions are drafted from your templates, then the exhibit list and the paginated PDF bundle are generated.
- Step 0505
At the hearing, the preparation sheet and exhibits are at hand; the minutes and follow-up return to the matter.
